Walk with us through the historic center of Black Diamond, a rural town in southeast King County of Washington State, USA. With a history dating back to the 1880’s, Black Diamond was once the bustling center of coal mining in the state and the largest operation on the West Cost, sending coal to places as far away as San Francisco, California. We’ll see the Black Diamond History Museum, historic rail cars, Miner’s Memorial and the regionally famous Black Diamond Bakery, in business at the same location since 1902.
