Basic Mistakes New Boaters Shouldn’t Make ! (Beginners First Boat Edition)

My name is Alfred Montaner this video was inspired by a phone call i received by a subscriber who said he was an infant within the boat world. He asked me to explain simple terms and boating recommendations as if i were talking to a baby.Being a new boater can be very intimidating especially if you don’t have a mentor or a salty friend who can help you. This video is just for information purposes to show others my experiences. Its always recommended to take a local boating course within your community. Laws and regulations can vary depending on your Country or State. Beginners guide to boating videos are available online and id recommend you get as much information before you get out on the water.Being a newbie is normal don’t be shy to ask questions My email is Luxuryribtenders@gmail.com.My website for Rib boat restorations are www.luxuryribtenders.com

For anyone born on or after January 1, 1988, who will be operating a boat in Florida waters with an engine of ten (10) horsepower or more, the law requires them to complete an approved boating safety course and obtain a Florida Boating Safety ID Card. This card is not a boating license, it is a certification that the person named on the card has successfully completed the required boating safety course. The card does not expire.
